To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, FidgetLive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Swiss or applicable EU law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Our maximum liability shall generally be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
